We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Accountant to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, FL. A critical role, this person supports all business units through the preparation of financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepares and analyzes a variety of detailed accounting, statistical, and/or narrative financial statements.
- Analysis of all general ledger accounts and activities and account sub-systems such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory/fixed assets, and revenues.
- Performs month end analysis to include reviewing assigned general ledger accounts, and error correction, working cross-functionally with operating departments to ensure complete accuracy.
- Provides functional supervision and oversight of accounts payable and receivable, monitors all work for accuracy and processes audit trail reports.
- Performs complex bank or investment account reconciliation, verifying accuracy of recorded transactions; prepares related worksheets, cash balances, proofs and other schedules.
- Prepares and analyzes management reports to support the overall business, providing accurate and timely information to senior management enabling them to make better informed decisions for the Company.
- Develops spreadsheets programs/models and reports for various accounting analysis (including monthly and quarterly financial reports).
- Reviews, tracks and analyze projects costs.
Skills and Abilities:
- CPA preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sales tax experience
- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite.

About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will coordinate with the CEO to make all executive decisions with regard to the technological interests of the company. This position is responsible for outlining Upexi and its subsidiaries’ technological vision and strategies, and ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company’s business needs. This position is also responsible for delivering optimal return on investment and maintain utmost security.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals.
- Develop a dashboard system for operational KPI’s to measure immediate performance and enable executives and managers to make quick decisions and keep performance of the business running as expected.
- Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization.
- Focus on a data driven environment to improve reporting and revenue growth opportunities across all brands and sales channels.
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with department heads, accounting, marketing, production, and operations as an advisor of all technologies involved with the company.
- Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based upon the larger organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the technology resources and provide guidance and support to leadership and employees.

About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & Consumer Communications with Klaviyo experience to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, FL. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Development and partnering with our brand managers, this is a critical role in our eCommerce marketing organization and to growth strategy.
About You
Data-driven, customer obsessed, you understand how to attract, nurture, and retain loyal consumers. A strong writer, you understand how to craft subject lines that generate opens, and copy that generates clicks. With minimal direction, you will be a channel leader, designing and executing the strategy while meeting and beating KPIs and channel revenue goals. A team player, you are agile and capable of working across multiple categories, customizing and optimizing your strategy to the most valuable consumers aligned to the brand managers’ overall brand vision. Additionally, you will work with other consumer touchpoint teams (social, web, marketplace) to create a seamless omnichannel ecosystem, maximizing campaign effectiveness across all channels. From segmentation to personalization, you are able to continually analyze and optimize the customer experience, from our initial impression to post purchase.
In a nutshell:
- Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for design, especially email design (able to use Canva when needed)
- 3-7 years’ experience managing a consumer email/SMS program and loyalty program with proven revenue growth for a DTC brand (health & wellness or pet experience a plus)
- Must have Klaviyo and Shopify experience. (Knock out requirement)
- Ability to support multiple categories and brands, working collaboratively to ensure every market touchpoint is maximized and consistent
- Able to design emails and landing pages and run multivariant testing
- Firm understanding of email marketing KPIs and turning insights into tactical plans
- Experience analyzing complex datasets to define and optimize segments

About the Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Tampa, FL. The graphic designer will work across our brands supporting all marketing and product development efforts. Our graphic design partners closely with the brand teams, bringing the brands and products to life through ad creative, website content, social media content, packaging, sales collateral, and more.

About You
Data-driven, highly collaborative, you are strategic and hands-on with proven experience growing a portfolio of DTC brands on Amazon and other marketplaces. This role will collaborate with brand managers and oversee all paid advertising, digital merchandising, and inventory forecasting for Amazon and other marketplaces.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
· Channel management and oversight of Amazon and other marketplaces for all Upexi brands, develop and execute on aggressive growth plans
· Leveraging tools like Helium10 for competitive analysis, strategy, and new product opportunities
· Hands-on management of all PPC and other paid campaigns
· Listing posting and optimization
· Store management and optimization
· Oversee operations of Amazon business
· Proactively monitor changes and opportunities on Amazon and other established and emerging marketplaces

Qualifications
